The Placer County Democratic Party (PCDP) is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

PCDP continues our efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of our site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for everyone, including those of us with disabilities.

What We’re Doing

We aim to:

• Use clear, readable fonts and layouts

• Provide alternative text for images

• Ensure sufficient color contrast

• Maintain keyboard navigability

• Avoid flashing or distracting elements

• Design for screen reader compatibility

We regularly review and update our site to improve accessibility and usability. We review web accessibility tools to identify and fix every possible accessibility barrier on our site.

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on our site fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards.
